Automated packing line AU-12 consists of packing machine AU-12 and heat conveyor tunnel TF 600x400x1000 or TF 600x400x1500. The line is designed for packing single units such as: goods in paper or plastic bags (sugar, salt, etc.) in multi-packs wrapped in a heat-shrinkable film.
The machine automatically collects goods from the conveyor of the previous machine in the production line and moves them to the conveyor operating in the index mode, it forms a package, “encloses” it in a film sleeve and moves it to the output table. The machine has a microprocessor-based control system, multi-packs counter and solid stay relay. The application of the homeothermal welder and the automated film unwinding system speeded up and improved the process of packing. The packing machine is designed for packing goods manufactured on an industrial scale. It solves the problem of low capacity of traditional packing techniques and makes the production cycle much shorter. The line is equipped with electrical devices and the point-of-operation guard in compliance with the EU standards.
