Automated packing line AU-11 consists of packing machine AU-11 and heat conveyor tunnel TF 600x400x1000 or TF 600x400x1500 or TF 600x400x2000. The line is designed for packing single units (e.g.: cardboard boxes, books or goods on a ledge tray) in multi-packs wrapped in a heat-shrinkable film on an industrial scale. The machine has a microprocessor-based control system, multi-pack counter and solid state relay. The application of the homeothermal welder and the automated film unwinding system speeded up and improved the process of packing. The packing machine is ideal for packing goods manufactured on a mass scale. The line is equipped with electrical devices and the point-of-operation guard in compliance with the EU standards.
