Automated packing line AU-10TA consists of automated packing machine AU- 10TA and heat conveyor tunnel TF 600x400x1500 or TF 600x400x2000 designed for packing single units in multi-packs with a heat-shrinkable film on an industrial scale. The goods are packed on a flat tray or without a tray.
The machine automatically collects single units from the belt conveyor of the previous machine in the production line, forms multi-packs, arranges them on a cardboard tray and then “encloses” a package with a film sleeve and moves it to the output table. By means of a tunnel conveyor the package is moved to the heat chamber, shrink-wrapped and cooled (here, it takes its final shape) and pushed to the roller output table. The process is fully automated. The machine has a microprocessor-based control system, multi-packs counter, solid stay relay and error and alert signalling. The packing machine is a perfect device for packing goods manufactured on a mass scale. It solves the problem of low capacity of traditional packing techniques and makes the production cycle much shorter. We offer machines with feeder on the left or right side to satisfy our Clients. The line is equipped with electrical devices and the point-of-operation guard in compliance with the EU standards.
